One reason may be that she takes a break from work to focus on raising her children. The demands of parenting, especially for mothers who are the primary caregivers, can make it more difficult to find time to pursue professional development or advancement. And this is one of the reasons A candidate with “NOT A MOTHER” Title gets the preference over “A MOTHER” Trumsy feels returning to work after having children can be a way to stay connected to the workforce, pursue their career goals, and contribute to their family's financial stability. It can also be a way for mothers to retain their professional skills and network, which can be beneficial for their long-term career prospects. Additionally, returning to work can provide mothers with a sense of personal fulfilment and identity outside of their role as a parent. Mothers who are able to work outside of the home are able to gain valuable skills and experience that can enhance their professional development. And we at Trumsy truly believe that Mothers who are able to work and achieve success in their careers can serve as positive role models for their children and other women in their community.
